Jared Hawkins wasn't getting any respect from me at the start of the season. In fact, I liked to compare the junior running back to Harry Potter. Well, until he played such a huge role in the victory over South Carolina.
But Auburn's SenDerrick Marks isn't underestimating Hawkins. In fact, the candid SenDerrick is saying what everybody's been thinking all along:
"You don’t see too many white guys like that," he told the Associated Press earlier this week. "We know we got to contain him. We know he’s hard-nosed. He really doesn’t have any fear about anything."
