Vanderbilt rolling to victory in Houston

Midway through the fourth quarter and Vandy's up 30-10. We've put up 441 yards total offense, including 268 in the air. Larry's hit John Cole seven times for completions (7-67 yards). He's got 11 completions of 10 or more yards:
• 54 yards to Udom Umoh
• 21 yards to Umoh
• 21 yards to Turner Wimberly
• 19 yards to Cole
• 13 yards to Collin Ashley
• 13 yards to Brandon Barden
• 11 yards to Cole
• 11 yards to Warren Norman
• 11 yards to Ashley
• 11 yards to Wimberly
• 10 yards to Cole

All three of Vandy's TDs have been on the ground, with Cole scoring on the 31-yard run in the first half, Smith scoring on a 6-yard run in the second half, and Warren Norman ripping off a 58-yard TD run in the fourth quarter.

Greg Billinger has a sack and a half in this game, and Patrick Benoist, Myron Lewis and freshman Eddie Foster each have picks.

Planning on heading to Nashville for the Ole Miss game. Hopefully we can take some offensive momentum into that game. I'm not convinced Cole is the man yet, but at least some of our receivers are starting to catch the ball and make some big plays. I love Stacy, but Stormin' Warren Norman is also sneaking up on us as well. Keep up the good work on the posts.

Yes, Warren had a big game. It was good to see somebody rip off a long TD run. When's the last time we had one of those?

Think we have a chance to beat the Rebels?

Woo hoo, we beat Rice. Wake me up when we beat a real team (SEC).

I've been trying not to think about the SEC schedule. Coming up: Ole Miss, Georgia, SC, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee.
