Moral Victory! picks for today's SEC games

Here's who we think will win today:

Troy at Florida: Trojans don't stand a chance in the Swamp. Gators 45-7.

FIU at Alabama: Saban takes the wraps off frosh tailback Trent Richardson. Tide 31-6.

Vanderbilt at LSU: We'll handle this one in another post and closer to game time.

South Carolina at Georgia: The Gamecocks have a scary defense, but I think Joe Cox will rebound after last week's loss and lead the Dawgs to victory, and partly because the Gamecocks have a bad offense. Bulldogs 13-7.

UCLA at Tennessee: Anybody who saw UT lose to UCLA last season knows the V0ls had the better talent and lost because of Fulmer's overly conservative game plan. They still have better talent and now they have a more agile-minded offensive strategy. Vols 27-17.

Miss State at Auburn: The Tigers are a much better team than people think, and like Tennessee last year, were evidence of what happens when respected coaches start feeling the heat and get defensive and their players begin to doubt themselves. Last year's Auburn team played a Miss State team coming off a loss to La Tech and beat the Bulldogs 3-2. This year, Auburn manhandled La Tech like they should have and now they'll handle State. Tigers 27-14.
