At least we've got the least irritating coach in the SEC — Vanderbilt's Bobby Johnson

Boy, the accolades just keep rolling in for the football Commodores. Today Mark Bradley of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution named Bobby Johnson the least irritating coach in the SEC. (No. 1 is Lane Kiffin, No. 2 Nick Saban. Expect Kiffin to drop down the irritating list once his team takes the field; you've got to win to be really irritating.)

Two points to temper your enthusiasm: 1) Mark Bradley is a jerk; and 2) Bill Curry could easily fit the same mold, and no one's calling him a coaching legend.

You didn't detect the sarcasm? I do realize that having the nicest coach does not equal having the best coach. So at least we have the nicest coach. He's pretty funny too, in a self-effacing way, of course.

By the way, Curry should have just stayed at Tech.

Curry should have jumped off of Stone Mountain.

I picked up the sarcasm, trust me. I like Johnson, but, naturally I'm partial to Papa Brooks.
